Meet The Team

Michael Childs
CEO and Cofounder

Building businesses has been a passion of mine since I was young. I built my first company at age 17. Growing up as the son of a general contractor, I learned the value of hard work young. I eventually started my own general contracting business as well as a Property Management firm. I remain active in the real estate investment industry to this day. In 2011, I partnered with a college buddy and launched UCRES Inc. The firm is built with a simple mission; (Provide business owners with the services they need to prosper). Outside of work, I remain active with my church and spend time with friends and family. I’m also an avid outdoorsmen and hike and camp year round.

Frederic Mulindahabi
Accountant

With over a decade of experience as a tax professional; Frederic has earned the highest credential the IRS awards (Enrolled Agent).

Rose Henry
Lead Bookkeeper

Process improvement and identifying incremental revenue opportunities are my passions of mine.  I've always had a knack for analyzing data to uncover trends that have been missed by others.  I bring 14 years of experience in revenue cycle management to the table.  I have managed accounts receivables of $90MM with projects that  have successfully brought in 3.7MM incremental revenue and $1MM Bad Debt reduction.  My focus has been to add innovation by leveraging available technologies while delivering excellent internal and external customer service. I also have a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.  Outside of work, I like to spend my time with my family and on church ministry.  I also love the beach and traveling whenever time allows.

Jan Yanello
Bookkeeper

Through working for over six years in several flourishing small businesses, I have developed a strong interest in identifying and maintaining processes and protocols that help businesses succeed. Besides identifying trends in revenue cycles, I have experience in handling billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, and along with that have a strong background in providing customer service and creating customer satisfaction. Currently I am one course away from receiving my Professional Bookkeeping Diploma from Harrisburg Area Community College. In my non-work hours, I enjoy spending time with my family, adventuring across the United States (or around the world), and investigating good books.
